Free Express Shipping
At Maraki Hair, we are pleased to offer free worldwide shipping on all wig purchases, with the exception of orders to EU countries.
However, please note that if your wig order includes additional items such as a human hair bang, elastic band, or other accessories, the combined weight may exceed our limit for free shipping. In such cases, an additional fee will be charged to cover the excess weight.
Processing Time
Some of our wigs' processing time is within 24 hours. Processing time of other items or some options, please refer to the custom days on the product page.
Expedited Shipping
We usually ship by DHL, FedEx with expedited shipping depending on your location; shipping time is about 5 - 7 business days.
Customs &Taxes
Orders shipped may be subject to duties and taxes that are levied when your parcel arrives in your country. For orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom, we declare them as “Synthetic Hair” with a lower value to help minimize or avoid these taxes. However, orders shipped to certain areas of the United States may be subject to taxes or duties, especially if they undergo random customs inspections. In such cases, customs may require you to provide your SSN (Social Security Number) or EIN (Employer Identification Number).
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our customer service team before proceeding. Please do not directly reject or return parcels, as any charges incurred due to rejection or return will be the responsibility of the customer.

Sign for Delivery
We strongly recommend that you select the Sign For Delivery option when placing your order. While we ship to the exact address provided with your order, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage if you authorize the delivery service to leave your parcel unattended (e.g., in front of your door, in the courtyard, or any other location).
Multiple Items
Orders including more than one item may be shipped out separately and arrive on different days. We will inform the tracking number to you by email respectively.
Tracking Number
We send tracking numbers by email within 24-48 hours after your order is shipped out.
What is item processing time?
After your order has been received, every item will undergo strict quality control in order to ensure the product's quality. Please note that different items are subject to different processing times.
